A Tokyo-based coordination framework connecting Japan-side origination, China-side implementation, and a network of European correspondents — operated through two separately incorporated companies under a shared protocol.
The framework is capitalised independently through each entity and coordinated through a shared operating protocol. Project ownership is not tied to place of production.
DMJ Ltd., Co. originates and coordinates Japan-side projects across design, development, and production arrangement. Founded in August 2013 and capitalised at JPY 300 million, it operates from Marunouchi Trust Tower in central Tokyo.
DMW Ltd., Co. mirrors the function on the China side — product development, manufacturing coordination, logistics execution support. Founded in October 2017 and capitalised at JPY 10 million, it operates from Shiroyama Trust Tower in Toranomon.
A European correspondent network extends the framework into EU markets for distribution, compliance, and sourcing partnerships.
The framework is organised around four recurring practice areas. Projects are admitted under one or more of the below, and routed to the entity best positioned to execute.
Each entity is self-standing — its own registration, capital, and banking — paired under a shared operating protocol. Liability, accounting, and compliance are maintained separately.

Three regions, three functions. Project ownership is assigned by project context, not by geography.
Origination and coordination of Japan-side projects. Relations with domestic clients, distributors, regulatory bodies, and specialised manufacturers.
Coordination of China-side projects: design and development capacity, manufacturing supply chain, and domestic distribution channels.
Correspondent partnerships across the European Union for distribution, regulatory compliance, and industrial sourcing collaboration.
Every project follows the same route. Single-point accountability is assigned at step three and held until close.
Project brief is received through DMJ or DMW via the respective info@ address, with scope, timeline, and context.
Regional fit is determined — Japan-side, China-side, or cross-border. Feasibility and budget envelope are confirmed.
DMJ assumes Japan-side projects; DMW assumes China-side projects. Cross-border projects are allocated jointly with a designated lead.
Executed through the allocated entity with support from the other as required. Record of decisions and changes is maintained end-to-end.
Capabilities are held jointly. A given project draws from the areas required, regardless of the lead entity.
Industrial design, UX/UI, service design, and systems architecture — from concept through specification.
Mechanical, electrical, and software engineering; prototyping; qualification and testing.
Supplier selection, tooling, pilot runs, serial production, and factory liaison across Japanese and Chinese plants.
Freight forwarding, customs clearance, storage, and last-mile fulfilment across the three regions.
Single-point programme management, stakeholder alignment, and structured reporting through project close.
Documentation, certification support, quality assurance, and market-specific regulatory coordination.

SMBC is the shared banking partner. MUFG is held by DMJ. Settlement across the pairing is routed via SMBC.

The framework is capitalised independently through each entity, with SMBC and MUFG serving as primary banking partners. Cross-entity settlement is maintained through SMBC. Accounting and compliance are kept separate by entity.
